The hotel's Thyme restaurant serves English and continental breakfast, snacks and evening meals.

Fill up on Premier Inn's 'eat as much as you like' breakfast, where you can enjoy a buffet of sausages, eggs, beans, bacon, hash browns and more. There's also toast and preserves, or you can choose from a selection of cereals, fruits, yoghurts and pastries, washed down with tea, coffee and fruit juices. Better still, the full buffet costs just £8.25 per person.

The Thyme restaurant offers a reasonably priced menu with lots of choice. If you like your steaks and grills, a juicy rump or sirloin steak might take your fancy, along the mixed grill or surf, turf and chicken. There's also a choice of favourites, which include sausages and mash, chicken makhani curry, chicken fajitas, slow cooked duck confit and a spring vegetable risotto. If you like the taste of Italy, the choice of pizzas and pastas are bound to tickle your fancy: beef lasagne, spicy meat feast pizza and camembert and rocket pizza are all on the menu. And if you're really picky, you can even create your own.

The Thyme restaurant's dessert list is so good, you'd be a fool to not leave room for it. Caramel apple crumble, ultimate sharing sundae, cheese platter, baked vanilla cheesecake, belgian waffles and lemon frangipane tart are yours for the taking. But if one's not enough, the tasting plate is perfect for those who can't decide.
